We offer free standard shipping to the Lower 48 States. Plus, for all of those "get it done now" types, we offer two-day and next-day shipping.
We aim to get your order out the door and to you as quickly as possible.
Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Most in-stock orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Weekend shipments vary based on carrier availability.Orders with Two-Day or One-Day Shipping that are placed after 2 pm EST will be shipped the next business day.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed a few days. Please allow extra time in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will let you know.
Orders are not shipped on holidays.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The ROP Shop ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Extra shipping charges for certain addresses may be added at checkout.
If you enter a P.O. Box as a primary shipping address, you will need to provide a physical street address as well. Many of our products are too large or too heavy to ship via USPS, and some carriers cannot deliver to post office boxes.
Orders with Two-Day or One-Day Shipping cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes.
Insufficient Address or Return to Sender
If your order can’t be delivered due to an insufficient address or is marked as “return to sender,” we will refund your order payment. However, paid shipping fees will not be refunded.
To purchase these products again, please reorder using the correct mailing address.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a Shipment Confirmation email with your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active once it is scanned by the carrier. This usually happens within one business day. However, for international orders, it could take up to a week for a valid tracking number to appear.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer. This includes customs, duties, taxes, and tariffs.
Damages
If your order arrived and was damaged or missing pieces, we can submit a claim with the shipping carrier. Please email [email protected] with the following:
- Your order number
- (2) Pictures of the damaged package (all sides) and packing materials
- Pictures of the damaged products in the shipment
- A picture of the shipping label, including the tracking number
- A picture of the box manufacturer’s certificate (this will be a round stamp on the outside of the box)
Some shipping carriers may require an inspection. Please save all your shipment packaging and damaged products while we resolve your shipping claim.
