FAST AND RELIABLE SHIPPING
Just like you, we hate waiting for a package to arrive. We aim to get your order out the door and to you as quickly as possible. Our standard shipping to the lower 48 states is always free. Everyone likes free stuff, right? And for all of those "get it done now" types, we offer 2nd-day air or even next day shipping. We want you to get your product so you can get back to being rugged.
Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
Most in stock orders are processed within 24 hours of purchase. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. Weekend shipments vary based on carrier availability.
There is a 2 PM(EST) cut off for 2 Day and Next Day Guarantee.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

*In most cases we cannot ship 2 Day or Next Day shipments to P.O. Boxes
** Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The ROP Shop ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Additional shipping charges for U.S. Territories and APO/FPO/DPO addresses may be added at checkout
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The ROP Shop is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
If your order arrived damaged or missing pieces, we would be happy to help you file a shipping claim. Please take a picture of the packaging the order arrived in as well as any parts you received and e-mail us at support@theropshop.com. Be sure to include your order number along with the photos of your order, and we will do our best to assist you.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods while contacting us until your shipping claim has been fully resolved; the shipping carrier may require an inspection.
International Shipping Policy
International Shipment cost will be calculated at checkout.
